Comment
from
a student:
"I have had the good
fortune to have
experienced several different types of yoga and yoga teachers. Of all
my experiences, I have to say that Satyananda Yoga and the
practitioners of it, have a way of showing the student how integrated
they are with everything. The classes have balance and finesse that
show the student what they already possess that is positive and what
they can further attain. Tailor made Fitness from the inside
out!
I would recommend these classes to anyone from a first time student, to
another teacher or dedicated yogi." -
