“Yoga deeply rooted in ancient tradition to support wellbeing in contemporary life”

ABOUT YOGA In LIFE

Classical integral yoga
tailored to each individual

At Yoga in life we teach classical integral yoga that is firmly based in yogic tradition and adapted to suit the needs of contemporary living.

It includes Hatha, Raja, Karma, Jnana, Mantra, Tantra and Bhakti Yoga as well as other branches and presents them in a package that is unified but also flexible enough to be applied according to individual needs. It is a systematic, step-by-step approach to yoga, based on safety, common sense and integration of all aspects of our personality. Practices are presented in a safe and inclusive environment where students are encouraged to have their own unique experience.

Studio classes, workshops, conferences and a more intense exploration in Yogic Studies or Teacher Training courses are available in various locations throughout the world.

"I aspire to introduce to my students the ways in which yoga brings awareness to how we function in life and how we can develop the dormant, hidden potentials within ourselves. To this end, yoga is not just a collection of practices done once a week, but a lifestyle where we have the opportunity to express our creativity, and improve ourselves and the environment through determination and wisdom".

— YOGASARITA
